Jen Rivera

You don't need another therapist.

You need someone who understands what it feels like when life changes faster than you can keep up.

I'm Jen Rivera, LCSW, and for more than 16 years I've helped women navigate anxiety, burnout, motherhood, identity shifts, grief, relationship challenges, and the emotional weight that comes with trying to hold everything together.

My work has been shaped by more than my clinical training.

I'm a mom, a military spouse, a former child welfare professional, and a therapist who has walked through my own experiences with infertility, a traumatic birth, the NICU, postpartum anxiety, cancer, and the complicated transitions that come with midlife.

Those experiences don't define my work—but they allow me to meet clients with genuine understanding, not just clinical knowledge.

I believe therapy should be a place where you don't have to pretend you're okay.

Together we'll slow down, understand what's happening beneath the surface, calm your nervous system, and help you reconnect with the version of yourself that has been buried beneath stress, expectations, and survival mode.

Because healing isn't about becoming someone new.

It's about coming home to yourself.
