The biggest mistake that women make is trying to do everything for everyone but themselves!
The reasons this doesn’t work are:
There are 24 hours in a day!
There is no way that one person can do all of the things that “need” to be done right now!
You will burn yourself out!
You need to be able to take care of yourself in order to take care of anyone else!
Ladies we need to make space for ourselves so that we can show up as the best version of ourselves at home and at work!
