Be Creative and Give Yourself Grace

April 14, 2020 Jennifer Rivera LCSW
be creative and give yourself grace

In a time of uncertainty we need to be creative and try things differently. We may need to resort to “the way we used to do things”. We may not be able to rely on doing things they way we always do. But that is ok! Let this be a time of growth! Remember to be kind to yourself and to those around you! A little grace goes a long way.

Doctors, therapists and social workers are using telehealth style sessions to check in with their clients. Many organizations are using zoom to host team meetings. We have all had to try to navigate doing things in different ways. The “normal” way that we do things no longer works. So it is time to be mindful and intentional and figure out new ways to work.

If you need support during this time I am now offering coaching for women who work in helping professions! Schedule a FREE Coaching call with Jen by clicking the link! I would love to support you during this time!
